Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of confirmation. Should any delay occur, our team will contact you promptly via email or phone.

Within Cyprus, we ship primarily with GAP Akis Express. For international deliveries, we work predominantly with Cyprus Post (Limassol central branches), selecting the most reliable and efficient  service for your destination.

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over €100
Orders below this threshold are always shipped at a flat rate of €3

You may choose delivery to your home address or to a GAP Akis Express collection point.

For:    International

We offer express worldwide shipping to most destinations.

  1. European Union orders are delivered free of customs duties
  2. All shipments are securely packed and fully tracked
  3. Tracking details are provided via email upon dispatch
  4. Our customer support line remains available for any assistance

Orders are processed during our business hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:30 – 20:00, excluding public holidays.

  • Returns

We accept returns within:

  1. 14 days for Cyprus and Greece orders
  2. 30 days for international shipments

Requests made outside these timeframes cannot and wont be accommodated.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn and unused
    • In their original  IAMINHATELOVE packaging
    • Accompanied by all tags, labels, and complimentary extra's
    • We kindly ask that you contact us prior to returning your item.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please note:

    • Shipping fees are non - refundable
    • Refunds apply to the item value only

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

    • Defective or damaged items may be exchanged. However, items damaged due to external factors beyond our control are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
    • Alternative sizes or colours (subject to availability)

To initiate an exchange, please contact us before sending back your item.

Credit notes may be issued following individual review.

Order Cancellations

All orders are considered final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Delivery & Fees

  1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  2. Delivery fees are non refundable
  3. Any issued credit note may reflect deducted shipping costs

Additional Information

We reserve the right to decline future transactions in cases of excessive or irregular return activity.

While most deliveries arrive promptly, please allow up to one week during peak or exceptional periods.
