Shipping & Return's Policy

 For: Shipping

We aim to ship your goodies within 48 hours maximum from when you place your order  if there are any delays in said service we are to  contact you via email or phone call right away. Our main correspondent courier service for Cyprus is with the GAP AKIS EXPRESS  service and for all international orders and requests, we — most of the time, prefer to send orders out with all  CYPRUS POST OFFICE services (Limassol central branches for both)

 Shipping to Cyprus


You can get free shipping to CYP when you spend over 100EU on your orders​ plus. For all orders below the noted amount, shipping follows the standard fee of 3€​  All orders are to be delivered either at home or to the closest in town, AKIS EXPRESS of your choice or address provided.


Shipping to Greece and the rest of the world


Please note:

We do offer express worldwide shipping to most countries, either within the EU — with customs free, delivery — and internattionally via the central CY postal service (stated above). All deliveries being sent out are fully secured, and come with an email follow up of multiple tracking numbers attached plus 24/7 customer service and hotline service at +35799522172, from our part.

We tend to process and dispatch orders asap, and during our main working hours  excluding weekends and public holidays. You can spot us in our Limassol HQ and storefront daily from Monday to Saturday, from 10:30 and until late hours, 20:00.


For: Returns


We've got a 30 day limit for any return issues,  error notices and messages — this for all international orders shipped. For all of Cyprus, the return limit is at the 14 days mark.

If you exceed said stated limit — we won’t be able to unfortunately issue a return fund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you originally received it. It must also be in the same IAMIN / HATELOVE bag and packaging we used:  followed by all the receipts, tags and labels (untouched). To complete your return, we require a client notice beforehand either via email, call or through our social's. For an order refund, we always exclude the initial shipping fee and provide back only said, purchased item's value as shown on the tag and online.

Eligible only after specific consultation for each individual order and enquiry.

For: Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged to a level that is a solid manufacturer issue. Now, if you need to exchange a product for the same item but perhaps a different size or colour, you can obviously do that. Simply contact us via email at and then proceed to send your item (s) to either: GAP AKIS EXPRESS Thessalonikis 43 or your preferred postal service if you live outside of Cyprus for:

 For: Order Cancellations


Once any and all orders are placed and confirmed, they cannot be cancelled. Please make sure that you have read and agreed to all of our policies before finalising an order. The items will be shipped out and can only be exchanged within the policy guidelines as outlined above. 


For: Delivery

You are responsible for paying for your own GAP AE courier and postal service delivery costs for any returns that you may wanna issue. Delivery costs are non-refundable! If you receive a credit note, we will deduct any delivery costs from it.

If we notice and track an unreasonable return pattern we have every prerogative to refuse any future orders, transactions and requests from those specific individuals

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product or standard order to reach you may vary — it usually takes up to a week in extreme cases and time periods so be patient, and do not lash out please, as we are a small, indie owned concept store trying our bloody best. We love you, really.
